Book a Cab

1. Kindly make a part payment upon confirmation. The balance amount will be due on the first day of travel. In case of non-payment, the tour booking will be cancelled without prior notice.
2. Please note, this email does not serve as a booking confirmation, as no bookings are held at the time of quotation. All rates and availability are subject to change until the booking amount is received.
3. Kilometres and hours will be calculated from and end at our travel office located in Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar.
   Air conditioning will remain turned off in hilly areas, when the vehicle is stopped, or parked. Standing AC usage is chargeable at Rs. 600 per hour.
4. Booking confirmation details, including driver information and cab registration number, will be shared via email or SMS one day prior to the travel date.
5. If there is an increase in diesel, toll tax, or state tax prices after booking, the given rates will no longer be valid and will be adjusted accordingly, even if previously confirmed.
6. The company will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage during travel. However, our team will assist you to the best possible extent in recovering the situation. Kindly ensure all belongings are checked before leaving the vehicle.
7. Toll tax, interstate tax, and parking charges will be payable on actuals.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation within 0–24 hours: 20% of total bill

• Cancellation within 24–48 hours: 10% of total bill

• Cancellation after 48 hours: 5% of total bill

   8. GST (5%) will be applicable on the total billing amount.
